Let’s say that you are trying to eat more fruits and to start with, your nutritionist suggests that you eat one apple a day.
Will you actually eat one apple a day or you will wait at the end of the week and eat 7 apples in a row?
The answer is obvious, right?
Why then so many people expect to get quick results by giving a big boost instead of focusing on consistent daily actions implemented towards one goal?
Because consistency is hard work?
It will cost you so much more to use the boost method than to be consistent.
My thoughts on this topic right here, in this episode.
