This week, I interview Grant Baldwin, and we share the same passion: speaking.

Making your presentation memorable is not enough; you also want to keep providing a solution to your audience after they hear you speak, so they can stay loyal to you and your brand.
And in order to reinforce your bond with your audience, using personal stories is the key.
