Introvert or Extrovert Entrepreneur?

It’s funny sometimes how what we see and how someone got there is an inspiring story.

Regan, a woman who appears confident and extrovert admits on this interview being a learned extrovert and born introvert. That it’s a skill that she learned along the years for her business, but also to make her impact bigger in the world.

I totally relate with what she says, because it’s the same for me.

When I was a kid, I was the solitary type. Quiet. Not that much sociable.

And I am sure that it also relates with a lot of you, reading or listening.

What do Entrepreneurs Struggle with?

Regan and I also talk about how people are torn between doing what they are actually called to do and doing what’s expected of them.

How sometimes people stay stuck for a long time and how it takes a lot of courage to get out of this trap and finally express their true self.

How sometimes, as entrepreneurs, people do the mistake of creating another job, still trading time for money, instead of structuring a business that they can leverage.

How people mistakenly think that they can make it all on their own.

Money is just a Mindset

Money is a complex topic.

The relationship with money can be complex.

But Regan describes it like this: money is just a mindset.

The problem with money is that people tend to evaluate their worthiness with the amount of money that they have in their bank accounts.

That number is just a result of past decisions.

Instead, she strongly thinks that people should focus on how they can bring more abundance in theirs lives instead of moaning about all the past mistakes.

Regan’s bio: Regan is a serial entrepreneur investor, mindset coach, and the author of the bestselling book Be Your Brand. In her current work she helps entrepreneurs uncover their true message so they can make a bigger impact in the world.
