Mitch Russo is the former CEO of Tony Robbins/Chet Holmes Co., and author of #1 best seller book ‘The Invisible Organization’. His expertise are creating virtual organizations, coaching networks and building, growing, running, selling and buying technology companies.
Mitch had six careers and he thinks that having different careers is progression and it helps one to keep moving up the ladder. Mitch was the mentee’ & friend of Chet Holmes. He thinks that Chet was a no-limit person and there was nothing which Chet couldn't accomplish. He learnt this from Chet and try to reinforce this to the people he coaches. He always teach them to achieve something good out of a bad experience. He thinks that as young people know how hard it is to get jobs and to keep them so it's almost impossible to have mastery in something unless you start at the bottom. One may has to work free or in situations that they don’t enjoy in order to move ahead in career. One of Mitch’s biggest strength is his creativity which led him to create the Time Slips, the time tracking software. He thinks that sometimes when failures happen, people should use the failures and turn them into something of success. He believes in the saying, "not everyone is an artist, but everyone is an artist in their own special way". His book 'The Invisible Organization' shows how businesses all over the world can benefit from creating virtual environments and virtual employees. He describes the benefits of a virtual company & thinks that it doesn't make sense not to have virtual employees unless someone has walking clients to their office. Success for Mitch is to follow one’s dreams & living a self determined life because from there the right career comes. Mitch's philosophy is, "serve yourself first."
"I'm going to get simple and proven marketing strategies from these self-made entrepreneurs, forming a true "Virtual Mastermind" so you can model them and experiment steady growth for your own business in the next 6 months"
